You Are Invited to “An Evening with Amer Zahr: Being Arab in America”

This Tuesday, February 4th, you are welcome to join a free event that is part of the Wisconsin Union Directorate Distinguished Lecture Series.

DLS will be hosting author and activist Amer Zahr, who “will discuss his experience of growing up as a Palestinian-American. Zahr will also further explore comedy as a form of activism, and how he navigates his identity as an Arab in America.”

There will be a one-hour lecture followed by a 30-minute QA.

Time: 7pm – 8:30pm (doors open at 6:30pm)
