ODFR Co-Founder Efrat Livny Honored by YWCA Madison

Each year, YWCA Madison recognizes a select group of women leaders in the Madison area for their community service, professional achievement, integrity, leadership, and dedication to the lives of others. We at ODFR are thrilled to share that our co-founder Efrat Livny is among this year’s Women of Distinction honorees. This award celebrates her wholehearted commitment to building unity and making Madison a welcoming city for others. It also stands as a testament to ODFR’s significant growth and impact over the past eight years.

YWCA Madison is a leading force for the elimination of racism in our community and the promotion of peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. ODFR embraces these values and is committed to carrying them forward in our own work as we build new alliances and collaborations.

Efrat will be celebrated alongside six other community leaders on June 20, 2024, which is also World Refugee Day. The Women of Distinction award ceremony will take place at Garver Feed Mill in Madison from 5:30-7:30pm. Learn more at YWCA Madison’s website.
