A huge thank you to all the walkers, runners, donors, volunteers, and sponsors who supported the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Wisconsin-Madison 44th annual Freeze for Food event on March 1, 2025. More than 200 participants joined the 5K and 10K races. Among them were Samuel Dean, Isaac Moore, and Colton Hansen, the top 3 runners in the 5K and Connor Koepnick, Ben Burie, and Andrew Schuck, the top 3 racers in the 10K. Your generosity makes a big difference. All proceeds from Freeze for Food 2025 were passed on to Open Doors for Refugees to help refugees make a home in Madison, and all food donations were distributed to the Goodman Community Center Fritz Food Pantry to serve our neighbors.
